Parmigiano Reggiano, Bonati Riserva Cheese (8 ounce)

Today’s goodies!

I made bread.

Whole wheat flower, milk, water, extra virgin olive oil, one teaspoon of salt.

This is the first time I have ever made bread. I got a good response from people. It was very exciting.

It was perfect. Crispy on the outside, soft and chewy on the inside. The olive oil gave it such a wonderful taste. No need for butter.

Paired it with some thin slices of fresh parmigiano reggiano. It was absolutely perfection.
